Must Haves:
- 1-3+ years of experience in the title industry
- Knowledge of typical Title Documents such as DOT, Mortgage, Vesting Deeds, Judgments, POA, etc.
- Knowledge of chain of title issues and acceptable resolutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a self starter
- Ability to work in a high volume/fast paced, team environment.

This role involves acting as a crucial link between our search and tax partners and our clients, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processing of title-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaison Duties: Serve as the primary point of contact between our search and tax partners and our clients, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Title Validation: Review and validate the chain of title using provided deed chains and other relevant documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Gap Identification: Detect any potential gaps in the title documentation and coordinate with searchers to obtain any missing documents promptly.
- Client Support: Address and resolve client escalations and inquiries related to commitment product delivery, providing timely and accurate information.
- Queue Management: Manage work emails and action queues, ensuring our search and tax partners adhere to set Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by following up through phone calls and emails.
Compensation: Up to $23/hour
